At ycentral we are committed to the principles of the Privacy Act as outlined in the private sector amendments to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth). The provisions provide for ten National Privacy Principles (NPPs), found in Schedule 3 of the Act, which apply to health service providers.
