will be occurring on Monday, 30 April 2018. This bi-annual conference is a joint initiative between NSW Health, NSW Department of Education, headspace Gosford and Lake Haven and Catholic Education.
This year we will be focusing on a theme of wellbeing in schools for teachers and students.
Keynote speakers and workshops for teachers will focus on the wellbeing of the teacher and what wellbeing practice looks like in the classroom. For the first time, we will be hosting a workshop especially for school executive staff on their wellbeing and how their leadership and direction can influence staff wellbeing.
This conference intends to assist Central Coast teaching and support staff in order to have a greater understanding of mental health practice and how you will be able to integrate knowledge and information into the day to day practice.
Lunch, morning tea, and afternoon tea will be available for all conference participants.
In your registration info please can you add whether you have any dietary requirements.
