question and answer (Q&A)

What is Q&A?

Q&A is a place on the website where you can ask questions, and have them answered by someone on our panel of ycentral experts. The answer to your question will be posted on the ycentral website, and you  will receive a direct answer back to your email address. All identifying details will be changed so that you cannot be recognised from the information you give us.

We will attempt to post your answer within a few weeks of receiving it. It can take this long because we sometimes have to find the right person to answer your question. If your question needs answering urgently then call Kidshelpline 1800 55 1800 or Lifeline 13 11 14. The Australian Drug Foundation (ADF) also has a question and answer website called Somazone where you might find that your question has already been asked by someone else!

If you don’t want your question answered on the site, but you want an email response to your concerns, then send us email through our E-Mail Support Service

If you do want your question posted on the website, fill out the details below.
