Another co-located partner of ycentral, the Central Coast Tennants' Advice and Advocacy Service offers free help with:

• starting a tenancy
• your rights and responsibilities as a tenant
• information and advice
• advocacy - dealing with the landlord or park owner
• assistance at the consumer trader and tenancy tribunal (CTTT) conditions apply
• assistance with your case at or before the CTTT - conditions apply
• Education for the community
• referrals
• home visits (by appointment)
