Tenants' Advisory Service

Another co-located partner of ycentral, the Central Coast Tenants' Advice and Advocacy Service

The Tenancy Advisory Service operates out of ycentral on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 10:30am - 2:30pm. To make an appointment call ycentral on 4304 7870

offers free help with:

  • starting a tenancy
  • your rights and responsibilities as a tenant
  • information and advice
  • advocacy - dealing with the landlord or park owner
  • assistance at the consumer trader and tenancy tribunal (CTTT) conditions apply
  • assistance with your case at or before the CTTT - conditions apply
  • Education for the community
  • referrals
  • home visits (by appointment)
